Maintenance Contract: What to Expect

When signing a landscape maintenance contract, it's important to understand what services will be provided and what to expect from your contractor. Here are some key points to keep in mind if you want to secure your spot with Villani Landshapers for 2024:

Our Commercial Maintenance contracts run from April 15- November 15 and if you would like to be considered for the 2024 season, winter is the perfect time to reach out and request a quote.

We offer our clients two different types of contracts that they can choose from, Seasonal and Per Service. We also offer multi-year contracts to give you some ease of mind for a couple of years knowing you don’t have to worry about renewal time.

Our Seasonal contract is a weekly service that will include:

  • Fine turf mowing (18-26 visits, 26 visits are more common for irrigated sites)

  • Bed Care

  • Spring & Fall Clean-Up

  • Lawn Care- 5 Step program

  • Trim Shape – 1-2 times in the season

Our Per Service contract are all the services listed above but at a per visit price.

We know that maintenance items can arise during the season, you can always discuss adding additional services with your client service representative to enhance your property. A few services that can be added as an ale carte item are to replace or remove dead plants/trees, mulching, aeration and seasonal color or décor. Our team will maintain a beautiful landscape year-round.

Communication is very important to us. Each client will have a Client Service representative who will be the main point of contact and address any concerns or requests you may have. The sales representative will work with you from the very beginning to build a relationship that lasts. Their main point of contact will be outlined at the time the initial consultation is made.

Our contract will clearly state the pricing structure, billing frequency, and payment terms. It should also include details about any additional charges for extra services or materials. By understanding and clarifying these points in your landscape maintenance contract, you can ensure a smooth process and receive a well-maintained and visually appealing landscape all year round.
