Do you provide residential snow removal services? We do not provide snow removal services for single family residential properties.

Do you provide residential mowing services? Mowing services are included as part of a full-service maintenance contract; we do not offer this service ala carte.

Do you offer spring and fall clean up services? Spring and fall clean-ups are included as part of a full-service maintenance contract; we do not offer these services ala carte.

What services can be included as part of a full-service maintenance contract? Our season-long maintenance program include:

  • Fine Turf Mowing
  • Lawn Care Services: Fertilization, weed control, core aeration and seeding, and mosquito abatement services
  • Tree & Shrub Care: small ornamental tree trimming and shrub and evergreen pruning and shaping
  • Bed Care: hand weeding and herbicide applications, machine bed and tree ring edging, and seasonal flower installation
  • Spring & Fall Clean Up
  • Holiday & Seasonal Decorations and Lighting
  • Comprehensive Site Inspections

When does lawn care begin? Based on a 5-step application:

  • Our first application is typically completed by May 31st
  • The 2nd application is typically completed by July 4th
  • The 3rd application is typically completed by August 31st
  • The 4th application is typically completed by October 15th
  • The final application would be complete by the end of November

Do you deliver and install mulch? We provide and spread mulch as part of an installation, we do not deliver mulch for another party to install.

I am interested in a small project; do you have a minimum? We consider projects big enough for a 3-man crew to complete in no less than one workday (Ex. small project would include bed edging, planting and mulching as a full-concept project).

If I have snow removal issues, who do I contact? If you have a snow emergency, please call our snow phone at 414-788-3502 or reach out to your client service representative.

Do you pour concrete for walls or driveways? We do not install pure concrete but work with subcontractors for larger installations.
